Zona exterior. A área da piscina é muito agradável, muito sossegada e sempre com espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. Fomos em época alta e em nenhum momento tivemos dificuldade em conseguir espreguiçadeira ou até “cama balinesa”; Ótimo pequeno almoço com muita variedade; Proximidade da praia (caminhada de alguns minutos); O hotel está inserido numa zona agradável ao pé de lagoa. Perto do hotel há muita oferta de restauração e supermercados (note-se que se trata de uma zona muito turística o que pode ser uma desvantagem para quem procura uma menorca mais autêntica. No entanto, é um bom local de base para visitar a ilha ); Facilidade de encontrar estacionamento nas proximidades do hotel; Simpatia do staff principalmente no restaurante.

O interior do hotel é antiquado; Limpeza do quarto é um ponto a melhorar; Os quartos têm uma “funcionalidade” que se parametriza e que funciona como “despertador”. Aquando do checkin deveriam informar os hóspedes ou deveriam garantir que esta funcionalidade está desligada. No 1.dia acordámos muito cedo e de forma repentina com música altíssima no quarto.

Obrigar os homens a vestir calças para jantar. Sendo um hotel junto à praia, não faz qualquer sentido.

Qualidade das refeições muito boa (pequeno-almoço e jantar). Piscina aquecida. Limpeza muito boa. Possibilidade de tomar banho depois do check out.

Estacionamento insuficiente para todos os hóspedes no parque do hotel, contudo é fácil de estacionar na zona envolvente, a qualquer hora. Os homens têm que utilizar calças compridas para o jantar, o que não é compreensível e é desajustado para o ambiente de praia.

Estadia muito positiva, tranquila e relaxante

Pequeno-almoço (variedade de opções, fruta fresca, pão, iogurte, grande variedade de pastelaria, comidas quentes, produtos de Menorca e de produção no hotel), estacionamento conveniente (encontramos sempre estacionamento próximo do hotel, independentemente da hora a que chegamos), simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, atividades na piscina (voleibol, aqua gym, taichi, etc), política adults only (possibilita ambiente tranquilo e relaxante).

Taxa de 1€ de cada vez que queira trocar a toalha da piscina (todos os hóspedes têm direito a uma toalha da piscina, mas se a quisemos trocar por estar molhada ou outro motivo tem de ser paga a taxa referida).

„Tolles, sauberes Hotel

Sehr nettes Personal, die Shuttle Buchungen haben ohne Probleme geklappt, das Zimmer groß und sauber, der Pool wunderbar, Frühstück sowie Abendessen sehr lecker. Abends gab es immer etwas Neues zu essen.

Wir waren Anfang Mai, das Zimmer war sehr kalt.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber und liegt an hervorragender Lage.

Liegestühle wurden früh morgens bereits reserviert. Unser Zimmer war leider etwas klein und spärlich eingerichtet.

Von A-Z super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht zu helfen. Der Pool, die Bar, das Essen, die Zimmer alles war sehr gut.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Essen lecker und frisch.

„Sensationelles Hotel ....dieses Hotel verspricht und bietet einen perfekten Urlaub !!!

Wir waren sehr gespannt auf dieses Hotel und auf Menorca. Dort angekommen hat es uns vom ersten Moment an vollkommen überzeugt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich .... mit erfrischenden Tüchern (es war sehr heiß). Das Zimmer war geräumig mit einem tollen Balkon ....und trotz der Lage (Seitenstraße mit Shoppingcenter) sehr ruhig. Auffällig war, dass es überall, zu jeder Zeit, aufgeräumt und sauber war. Der Hotelpool war neben dem Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet das absolute Highlight!! Es waren genügend Liegen vorhanden ....es war eine total entspannte Atmosphäre....und gegen Abend gab es sogar eine Runde Sekt vom Haus. Das Essen (wir haben mit Halbpension gebucht) war einfach sensationell. Jeden Tag ein anderes Buffet.....andere Speisen....und hervorragender Service von wirklich allen Mitarbeitern. Trotz des recht großen Restaurant und der Vielzahl der Gäste ist es dem Service sofort aufgefallen, dass mir einmal ein Messer zu Boden gefallen ist. Ich wurde sofort gefragt, ob ich gerne ein neues hätte. Wirklich sehr sehr aufmerksam. Dazu auch eine schöne Weinauswahl auf der Karte. Ein besonderer Dank auf diesem Wege an den Servicemitarbeiter Moises .... danke für den super Service und das stets freundliche Lächeln. Ein junger Mann der wirklich Spaß an seiner Arbeit hat. Auch die Lage vom Hotel direkt am Hafen .....das tolle musikalische Abendprogramm und die guten Parkmöglichkeiten für den Mietwagen sollte man hier unbedingt noch erwähnen. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen .... haben wir auch bereits getan. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Woche!

Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Frühstück- sowie Abendessen sehr gut. Alles hat gut geschmeckt, was wir gegessen haben. Keinerlei Beanstandung. Ein fünf Minuten Ei war nicht richtig gar (das kann passieren). Das war dem Personal jedoch unangenehm und sie wollten gleichzeitig ein neues holen, sehr positiv, denn sie haben nicht drüber hinweg geschaut.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß, kleine Ameisen besuchten uns ständig. Das Möbel Sofa Sessel rochen sehr muffig und hatten auch Flecken, dass war sehr unangenem. Der Geruch war immer zu riechen. Auch wenn das Personal Düfte verspüht. Das Bett fanden wir auch nicht bequem. Unser Lunchpaket war miserabel. Mussten leider vor dem Frühstück auschecken und konnten uns aber ein Lunchpaket abholen (das fanden wir gut) aber was sich darin befand war nicht gut. Ein einziges Sandwich nur mit Käse und Putenbrust (sehr schlapprig/weich ohne Butter o.ä.) Pfirsich war schon schimmlig. Wasser, Saft und eine Pflaume war noch drin. Das ist echt enttäuschend/ärgerlich gewesen.

„Typisches Touri-Hotel mit Animation hauptsächlich von Engländer besucht

Ausreichend große Zimmer, überdurchschnittlich gutes Frühstück, nahe am Hafen (sehr belebte Umgebung, Restaurants) und nicht weit vom Strand

Viele Insekten im Zimmer, es roch immer muffig und feucht, Klimaanlage zentral auf Max 21 Grad eingestellt, sehr viele liegen am Pool, nicht kostenfreier Parkplatz 10 min vom Hotel, viele kostenpflichtige Leistungen : Safe, Parkplatz, Pool-Handtücher Tausch, sitzen bei Dinner auf Terrasse (5€/Person!!) Minikühlschrank, laute Unterhaltung bis 23h.

El aparcamiento, que para saber si tenían llave disponible me preguntaban primero el número de habitación, daba la sensación que dependía de que habitación estabas para tener opción al aparcamiento Y que no hubiera una zona habilitada en la piscina para poder fumar

Muy bien

La amabilidad del personal está muy muy bien. Las actividades en la piscina también están a muy buen nivel.

Un par de cosas... 1. Permiten beber estando en la piscina ( dentro de la misma ) cosa que no creo esté permitida. 2. La norma de llevar pantalón largo en el boufett ( el mismo en el que se desayuna a diario ) la veo un poco de "cabezonería" por parte de la dirección, pues no se avisa al hacer la reserva y por supuesto no es un club de alto caché para ello. 3. En la limpieza de la habitación tuve la desagradable sorpresa de encontrar unas bragas sucias bajo la cama. Lo comuniqué a recepción y me pidieron disculpas. 4. La gestión de los entornos al aire libre, como por ejemplo las terrazas, y el restaurant Lakua dejan mucho que desear a la hora de combatir el calor ( Hay miles de soluciones en el mercado hostelero para ello y muy efectivas, no simples ventiladores ) 5. La ausencia de prensa diaria me llamó muchísimo la atención.
